About Me

My name is Leslie, and I am Depressed.  I also suffer from Trichotillomania.  Journaling has always been a good way for me to organize my thoughts and emotions and help me put things into perspective.  I am currently trying to overcome these disorders, or at least learn how to manage them.  Rather than keeping my journey private in a journal next to my bed, I’ve decided to blog about it, in hopes that it will help others as well.

My Husband: Tareak
He will contribute to my blog frequently as he is playing a huge role in my journey through overcoming these disorders.  He is an eternal optimist married to a depressed pessimist.  Hopefully his thoughts will help others in similar relationships.
